Cultivation Work and Drilling
We have 4,5 and 6 furrow ploughs. With a mixture of both skimmers or trash boards.
New for the 2007 season we will have either a Simba Solo or Vaderstad Top Down to allow land to be worked off the top.
If nessesery we have a Vaderstad Rexius Twin press. This is pulled using a crawler tractor which helps reduce compaction and also allows us to travel cross over ploughing making a better job.
On lighter land we have a set of Cambridge rollers complete with sprung levelling boards which can allow land to be ploughed rolled and then drilled with a Vaderstad drill.
Our Vaderstad drill is set up to have on the move variable seed rate. Which using our GPS system can allow seed rates to be planned in advance and automatically vary across the field.
We also have power harrows and Combination drills if the customer or season requires.
